Privacy policy

We require personal details such as your name and address so that we can process your order. Whenever your personal details are passed over the network they always travel securely and are encrypted by the industry standard 128bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption.

These details are passed on to Paypal, our transaction supplier, over their SSL protected network. When on the Paypal website your payment card details will be required. Paypal perform all validation and authorisation checks on the card details that you supply. Atlas Press does not at any time store or have access to your payment card’s details.

The information that Atlas Press collects from you during a transaction may be stored for an indefinite period. It is never shared with any other third parties unless required by law.

SERVER DATA/SERVER LOG FILES

Data transmitted by your web browser is collected for technical reasons. This data includes:
your browser and version
your operating system
your Internet Protocol (IP) address
the web page you are viewing
the date and time of your access
the referring web page

MAILING LIST

The Mailing List is used for periodically sending out information about new and forthcoming publications, as well as other pieces of news pertinent to Atlas Press.

When you subscribe to the Mailing List we collect your email address, your Name(only if you provide it), and the date that you subscribed.

You can unsubscribe at any time. An unsubscribe link is contained at the foot of every message sent via the Mailing List. Additionally you can send an email to atlashpress@atlaspress.co.uk requesting that you be unsubscribed.
