2. MARCEL DUCHAMP WAS NOT A THIEF, from The Burlington Magazine, December 2019, by Dawn Ades and Alastair Brotchie. Claims that Duchamp stole “Fountain” from Elsa von Freytag-Loringhoven are reduced to provable facts in order to demonstrate that these claims are both wrong and dishonest.

3. MARCEL DUCHAMP AND THE BARONESS, from The Art Newspaper 320, February 2020. Pursues the argument of item 2 above, with responses by Julian Spalding and Glyn Thompson, and replies to those responses.
